Assassin's Creed 2 - Fun and Challenging

I have spoken to quite a few people that did not like the first serving of Assassin's Creed. There were certain elements that they found to be frustrating. I personally thought it was one of the best games that I had played in a long, long time. So Did Ubisoft address any of the issues that players faced in the first game?
In short, yes they did address and fix these elements of the game while adding more to it. This game is quite large and the good thing about it is that it is long. You really get your money's worth. If you did not like the first game at all, then by all means stay away from this one but if you liked Assassin's Creed even just the tiniest bit, then you will more than love part 2. As I have said before it is huge and that is just the main quest. If you choose to play any of the side quests then this game will consume a good part of your life. It is just that big.
The game play elements are pretty similar. They just added more to it. The graphics are OK. It does at times seem devoid of color. Lots of browns and grays in the color pallet. The draw distance is not that great either but neither one of these ever hurts this game at all. The sound is superb and the voice acting is some of the best that you will find in a video game. There is something satisfying about quietly sneaking up behind an opponent and delivering a quick fatal blow with your hidden weapon. This game is worth the price tag in my eyes.
